【十九大时光】外国记者感受“中国速度” 点赞中国发展

国际在线报道（记者 靳丹妮）：今天（18日），举世瞩目的中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会在北京开幕。 日前，参加十九大新闻报道的20多家中外媒体的近百名记者赴天津采访京津冀协同发展，实地感受“中国速度”。
外国记者感受“中国速度” 点赞中国发展
国际在线报道（记者 靳丹妮）：今天（18日），举世瞩目的中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会在北京开幕。 日前，参加十九大新闻报道的20多家中外媒体的近百名记者赴天津采访京津冀协同发展，实地感受“中国速度”。
17日，在中共十九大新闻中心的组织下，来自美国、缅甸、巴基斯坦、以色列、约旦、澳大利亚等多个国家和地区知名媒体的90多位记者一道，前往天津，先后了参访天津申通物流公司、滨海新区中心商务区等地，实地了解京津冀协同发展的最新情况。
当天上午8时，从北京开往天津的“复兴号”C2017次列车驶离车站。不久后，列车时速超过300公里/小时，坐在车厢内的多名摄影、摄像记者纷纷起身拍摄车内设施及沿途风景。
中国铁道科学研究院研究员张波在车上介绍说，2008年北京到天津城际高速铁路的投入运营标志着中国进入高铁时代。九年来，京津城际高铁以“公交化”的运行方式共运送乘客2亿多人次，带动了京津冀产业的布局调整和优化。张波说：“应该说，近十年来，中国高速铁路经历了一个比较快速的发展。截止2016年底，我们国家总的铁路里程到了12．4万公里，其中高速铁路的里程达到了2．2万公里。占世界高速总里程的百分之六十。”
美国中文电视的记者Wendt Sarah Catherine之前来过中国，中国高铁让她印象深刻：“现在的中国有四个新的伟大发明，包括高铁。高铁实在是太方便了。从北京到天津只用了30分钟。”
走进天津申通物流公司，多位记者被这里的自动分拣系统工作实况所吸引，只见这些顶着橙色托盘的机器人穿梭其间，将一件件包裹运送到指定位置，并完成分拣。
据天津申通总经理王玉琴介绍，该系统于2015年开始启用，每小时可分拣1.8万件，错分率几乎为零，可节省人工成本70%以上，大大推动了物流自动化进程。
来自以色列的记者拉娅 科沃尔对于中国创新发展很感兴趣：“有一件事让我感到惊奇，那就是在共享单车上的二维码。你可以用你自己手机上的应用软件扫描二维码，然后你就可以推走车子，不需要现金。我认为中国的科技让生活变得更加简单。”
科技让中国民众的生活更智能、更便捷，这让Wendt Sarah Catherine很是羡慕：“中国的移动科技是非常方便的。可以用手机支付，我没有中国的帐户。微信，现在在美国也是很流行的，它是一个很好的聊天工具。”
在天津市滨海新区中心商务区，记者们关注的问题与京津冀协同发展密切相关。该商务区管委会主任郑伟铭介绍说：“滨海新区作为京津冀协同发展国家战略疏解首都功能的一个重要承接地，我们有很好的基础。从于家堡高铁站到北京南站的直线距离大概一百七十公里。高铁开通之后，大概运行距离是五十分钟。每天现在从北京到于家堡有九对车，到天津市有23对车。应该说京津冀协同发展的整个交通网络在这个地方体现非常充分。”
郑伟铭介绍，该区以承接北京非首都功能转移疏解为重点，面向驻京央企、知名民企和跨国公司，着力引进总部项目和各类优质企业，现已取得明显成效，近两年累计已引进北京企业1000多家，合计注册金超过1500亿元人民币。仅今年上半年，新落户该区的北京优质企业就超过200家，目前区内的57家企业总部中，有28家来自北京。
虽然采访只有一天时间，但中国巨大的发展变化还是给记者们留下了深刻印象。约旦记协执委海蒂勒（Hadeel Ghaboun）表示，中国和约旦有很多的合作项目，他们必须更加深入了解中国，这样才能知道把什么项目从中国引进约旦。
